"On the positive side: enchantment: Devourer could be good for him. He has a speed up ability that would be helpful for ganks. He can counter jungle by going invisible and waiting for a hurt enemy jungler to pass by. He can shroom his jungle to add safety and vision to the jungle.

"If it's only an 800 radius, then that makes a little sense why it would be called "assassin." If an assassin sneaks in and tries to take out a squishy member of the enemy team's back line, they still might get the bonus even during a team fight."
