It's not very effective...
I mean sure, AD Fizz is very possible, but this it due to urchin strike dealing on hit damage. They ONLY way AD fizz is effective is if you abuse that fact.

"Nice, all good games. Yeah I got a DOTA 2 key from a friend and it's a quality game. Haven't played it too much due to time constraints but I'd love to get into it more. I never played the first DOTA so the learning curve killed me my first few games, but I'm figuring it out.
