"@Lestnor true that, i thought much about it, and i find it very situational: they stack life, like there are 1 (better 2) of them that get frozen mallet or other items like that, then get razor, or there are some dangerous mages, get wits end for the mres bonus.

"I think that razor might be better (though it costs more to build) then wit's end. As armor i used to take thornmail, for it have "on hit effect", but this issue with cdr is true, and i don't find other item to get that from, so frozen heart is way better on ww then thornmail."

"Sometimes you will have to get some mpen items, as you said it at your cons. I think mainly about abysall scepter or Void Scepter.
I usualy get malady, razor (or wit's end, depending on the game) and one of this mpen items instead of a 3rd as+on hit effect."
