Posted a Comment: Mar 9th, 2013 "ALtho is is a great guide i would disagree a lil bit with the build and masteries.First of all i would say that picking up Mana regen on ur masteries would be the best choise and as for the Build i would say Phantom dancer isnt nececary.I think Statik shiv is better in for GP than Phantom dancer.al"
