"When in doubt, build tanky. Aatrox makes a great tanky fighter, and if you are losing lane, it can't hurt to build some sustainability. I've lost many a game by continuing to build damage in a losing lane."

"I will certainly update this guide once I test Aatrox out more with the new runes. I'm really enjoying Dark Harvest right now on junglers, but I don't know if it's the best fit for Aatrox. Stay tuned :)"

"I will say this: Guinsoo's is not the best item for Aatrox. Rather, it's a fun item you can buy for him if you have the funds and you're comfortable with trading tankiness for more damage. Definitely not a must-buy."
