"Love the build, nice power if you're winning early. Otherwise, very expensive usually won't get past Infinity Edge before game is finished. Adding a black cleaver or some sort of armor penetration would be good, although red buff can help balance that aspect out."

"Voted up. :) Good guide! I only say get cleaver much sooner, I get it right after bloodrazer because of that powerful -ac boost and an AD/AS bump. Lets you destroy anything. Creeps, towers, heros. If you're actually a decent player you shouldn't need Thirster yet."
