its just great on ryze.
every teleport will bring a kill to you or the lane if you use it right and you dont loose much farm if you roam and roaming is extremly important in the current meta"

Build is still working after the rework-nerf.
My stats are in almost every game like 10-2-X
only sometimes i have a hard lane with a bad lane partner and i just can get good at the mid/end game.
but in my opinion hes the best early ad carry .
in some games i have 7 kills"
