"His W still does ~8% of the enemy max HP if you factor in magic resistance (especially because it is a double AD comp, tanks do not build that much MR then), which is against a tank 400 damage. That is nothing bad at all. Add in the fact that he builds blade of the ruined king, the black cleav"

"I find that multiple time used varus mid by Power of Evil really interesting. The problem with ezreal mid lane, you have 0 engage potential and this way playmaking is rather hard. Now, if you put varus in that spot who can also farm rather safe with his spells, you fix that problem. Of c"

"Maximum E damage as far as I understand is 336 (+0.9 AP) (+6% Mana). That is a big number. Then also add in that you deal damage on the targets around it and these targets proc your ult, which then puts their AoE back into the target. Could hurt a bit."
