"So, after Riot published their rework and people really don't seem to like it, I posted a response rework to adress that.
Base Stats:
Base health regen. per 5 seconds reduced to 3"

"Well, a good ezreal will be able to dodge leblanc's combo with arcane shift. Also, not uncommon to ban most assassins when you play ezreal mid."

"There is also the option of Blue Ezreal in mid who just kites the enemy team to death. He is also then a great disengage tool for his team."
