"Hmm, if poppy works with so much sustain at bot, why not try her out mid aswell? Mid most of the time has high damage spells with longer cooldowns which are easily countered by her passive. And a heal+barrier mid poppy also offers a surprise. The only downside is poppy's bad push"

"The main focus is effective Health, not damage anyway. And ravenous hydra actually allows easier farming, lifesteal and burst. It works really well together with cull the meek aswell."
