"I really like to carry games with singed. His damage is actually really high while beeing nearly unkillable. Even if your whole team fails, you can do something with him. And if fed, he turns into a giant monster."

"And that is why magicpen with a bit AP like liandry's torment and abyssal scepter could be the right way. His 2 skills have good base damage. Obviously sorcerer's shoes.
His Q deals 400 base dmg lategame, because of your base AD beeing 110.
His Phoenix deals with that build 262 dam"
