"zeke's herald is a team dependent item. For example, if you have a double AP comp and a jungler which doesn't use AA that well, I wouldn't get that item early."

Creating a rule book for picking champs in normals / solo queue?

"Well, morde's role is AP caster and neither bruiser or the tank. So also, the big armor and aura are basically wasted. And the only good stat you have now is the cdr, which is kinda meh."
