"Creating a new item which builds out of malady is also an idea, but the difference to hexdrinker is that malady isn't used because nearly no champ can use the combination of the stats. If you just make an upgrade for it, it doesn't help that much."

And this thread was started to find out why madred's bloodrazor and malady aren't viable and theory craft about how to fix that."

"Then, as already said, create 2 bloodrazor's, 1 for AD and 1 for on-hit. Would solve all problems at once."

"What speaks against an early wriggle's lantern for infinite lane sustain? The proc is also an on-hit effect and you can never be outlaned. Sustain is most important at top imo."
