"I think this is a Juggernaut-like buff for Mundo, thats why they increased the damage by a lot. Also, since we see less and less ignite, with teleport overtaking mid lane, Mundo gets stronger as well.
BTW: Tooltip is right, 1% of 40 is 0.4, 1% of 55 is 0.55 and so on.

"Twisted Fate? Safer CC, similar damage and more benefits with less setup. Also, Xerath, no setup needed, very similar skills with less room to fail because of bad programming (demn Brand ult) and more range."

"TSM was the only team at worlds which threw away a 10k gold lead back to less than 5k.
TSM going for fights AFTER the objective is dead instead of BEFORE so they can contest it and benefit of 2 fronts of fighting.
That is really bad."
