Posted a Comment: "I don't Really feel like dorans ring would be a very good starting item on ap aatrox because he does not used any mana but boots of speed don't really help him very much either. Maybe amp tome or even a dorans blade would be a bit better on aatrox than the other starts. other than that I don't see "
