"This is pretty close to how I build "Crit" Skarner when I feel like seeing a bunch of critical hits for fun, but there's a huge mistake in your build.
You have too much attack speed! Attack speed caps at 2.5 attacks per second. Berz Boots are crap, replace those with Mercs, and I'd say "

"I haven't spent a lot of time with Kog'Maw, but when I do, I follow this build pretty closely, at least with the items. The Gunblade is a very fun weapon on Kog. If the team is AP heavy I'll replace the Mad with Wit's End.
Some more info would be nice, but it's a nice, quick guide. :)"
