does Liandra's Torment get it's DMG-buff when you ult your opponent because the passive says whenever the targets movement is impaired and a suppress/stun does impair the movement. What do you think?

"Your guide seems pretty nice maybe you can add Guinsoo's Rageblade in a "Situational Item"-section. His passive should be good with AD Malzahar."

"Really really nice guide. Only thing to complain of is you forgot Malzahar in the AP mid section. With his ulitmate it should be pretty easy to get a kill. Only Con it's just a Post-6 option."
