"The rune setup certainly does, although based on experience I find that running Grasp of the Undying to give much more sustain. If you are going top lane though do not build Trinity Force. This item is made for bruisers who need a variety of stats. Top lane Shen is supposed to be tankier"

"Yes it does, but only for the first attack. You have to remember that Relentless Hunter only grants out of combat movement speed. If you want to add to celerity using the Sorcery tree, use waterwalking. If you are using a champion with CC you can also boost Celerity with Approach Velocity]"
