"No Twitch? That guy is at least guaranteed to get first blood and once he gets the ball rolling, your team ends up with 2 ADCs, one of whom can stealth. I imagine that at highers ELOs he might get countered hard, but in low ELO where people would rather lose a limb than buy a control ward, he's a go"
