Posted a Comment: Nov 29th, 2016 "I think flat marks are the most-used/effective marks on ADCs simply because of their potency in lane. Even though he's squishy in lane (like all ADCs), he can still do well for himself with the flat AD. This plus the extra damage later from on-hit (from Runaan's/BORK) makes flat runes more practical"
