"I may be wrong from what I've been able to tell there isn't a cooldown for how often he can use its passive so him just using it without any previous AP gives him 24 magic damage on hit. I chose Nashor's because Ekko felt really awkward trying to proc his Z-Drive Resonance with something around 0.67"
