Hail is probably better very early in the game (lvl 1-4), but electrocute quickly outscales it in damage because of its AD ratio. Electrocute makes it a lot easier to burst the enemy carries from my experience. "

Posted a Comment: Mar 1st, 2022 "I believe it’s between Conqueror and Electrocute depending on your play style. I personally prefer conqueror. Hail of blades is very overrated in my opinion. It’s only good early and electrocute bursts harder early anyways. "
