If you're lvling you can get some Tier1s for the stats you really need like AttDmg for last hitting.
Post lvl20 you can start getting Tier3s.
Regardless of what you play your first set should probably be AD Marks, Armor Seals, MR/lvl Glyphs, and prob AD Qui"
