"Nice guide. but imo, I prefer going for some more durablity in your core build, with a Hexdrinker (before your Bloodthirster if you are against an ap top, and after if you are not) no matter what, as well as building into a Maw of Malmortious. And an Atma's Impaler is also really goo"

"Have you tried building a Spirit Visage? It gives health, CDR, as well as increasing you heal from your ult and passive. Other than that, great build! I'll have to try the DPS/off tank build soon."
