"I think people doesn't update their votes, so it will start somehow the same even when there are nerfs or buffs.
Keep in mind that the community are from different divisions so it can be that one champion better low elo while he is bad high elo."

"Personally i don't like that item, it doesn't give you enough mana regen, and it doesn't build into any useful item later.
You could try to start with an Ancient Coin for better mana sustain, or forge a Sapphire Crystal, while forging a mana or HP item you get them immediately.

I think the slow and the poke ability are better for most of the time (and it has slightly lower cooldown), but I'll try to start W in these match ups too and adjust the guild if needed."
