"i think the guild/build is not good,
first of all, top lane dont need to have an Ancient Coin, cooldown is not very usefull on taric because of this passive (when you have more cooldown the passive give less). and the masteries are not good for a top laner.
second just armor without health wont gi"

i tied once Redemption on Taric but i think there are better items such as knight's vaw or warmong's armor, as i dont realy need teh health regen nor mana regen in the late game.
this is how i feal with the item"
