"Actually sonas form of harassment is really short-dued and you rarely take more damage than your ad, the one taking damage with a sona is usually his/her ad-carry or the enemy ad-carry, if you go up to the enemy ad to harrass and their leona/taric/alistar/nunu is there you're probably a dead sona.

I don't get why you don't go 21 into utility tree, you're not supposed to take damage over extended engagements as sona in the laning-phase, you just power-Q them and back "
