Regen item start would be stronger than what you propose here as well imo. Your end build has too many wards, only reserve 1 slot for wards - "

Basically once you got your ult noone's getting away after a succesful flag-pull - it all comes down to wether or not you can tower-dive. Still get it almost all of my games, i need the 10% cdr to hit 40 and it's still one of the best cd"
