"Skarner is good, he's just suffering from the "yorick" syndrome.
It has 2 factors both very related to their release.
They were up upon release, and since players didn't know their skills very thoroughly, it snowballed into a whole lot of bad!
Also they don't/didn't excell i know Skarn"
