First, make a laning section. If u like to play solo-top champs, flat mr is usually not a good stat compared to scaling cuz u will not be facing magic damage till later.

BUT i used to main eve when she was balanced(smite-revive huehuehue), she was a lot of fun and i really carried games on my own, now she's reduced to a nuke-bot, with no real purpose on a team but to take half a ad-carries life"
