I myself, am often struggling to fill the slot. But usually a banshees veil or Bloodthirster sneaks in there"

Since u are an assasin type of carry, youmuus is awesome cause it let's u get hella quick in, kill, and get hella quick out..."

Posted a Comment: May 24th, 2011 "Sorry bro, but u haven't got any survival whatsoever till verylategame, and ur items are quite expensive. Try switching out your TBC, and PD out with 1 youmuus, since vayne is considered a burster, youmuus will do plenty. This will save u 4k gold, and get u 2 endgame(ur survivability) much sooner. M"
