9/13/8 the new generic bruiser top build on mana champions?
9 in offense to get the armor pen, 13 in defense to get the blockthingie, 8 in utility for reduced B time, reduced flash and no mana problems.
Thoughts?

"i can't do the whole range indicators thing i'm continously rightclicking when i play even while trying to land skills which is why smartcast is totally necessary for me. When i play on my friends' computer he keeps shouting at me: "WHY DON'T YOU KILL HIM", then i shout back: "BECAUSE"
