"Tried this build with the runes and masteries listed and nearly died in the jungle at the start. Thats even with a decent leash. I dont see why Fiora would even need a Atma's Impaler. Her health is rather low and hardly gets any AD from the 1.5% of your health thing from the impaler. I'd rather give"
