Yorick can take down towers hard if there's an enemy wave by. He summons his ult ghoul, and all his other ghouls, and towers just fall from all his buff.

I'd throw in Vlad. You see him top all the time, but almost never mid. Jiji contained a Ryze with Vlad last night in the TSM invitational.

You'd have to run MR on AD Carries, but, after that, you should destroy mid lanes.
Bot would need hard support for traditional AP carries, but kennen/vlad/any other ap champ that can double solo top would work fine. They'd be at a bit of a disadvantage early on, but AD dominat"
