I used to get so many assists with Soraka that i would have constantly have 10 stacks and my heals would "hit like a truck" except they did no damage ^^

THis shows that you are noob.
Also some parts of Archangels are actually UNIQUE, meaning that you will get only a small bonus from the seconds/third/ foourth and so on Archangels.
