Posted a Comment: "Ah, I didn't realize there were tabs. I like that second build - Luden's vs Gunblade is a decent trade off. Slightly more poke + move speed vs. Burst + Sustain + Slow. In the first build, the main hole I see in the build is no Void Staff, but I suppose you could trade Mejai's or Luden's for that "

Sure, you'll get more AP from Seraph's in a late game build, but Morello has a way better build path, and CDR is so important for Ezreal. Lost Chapter is just so much better in lane than Tear. If you go Seraph's, you lose a lot of pressure in lane"
