Posted a Comment: "Did not take into account for the use of his passive. Why rush chalice if you have a passive centered around mana sustain...doesn't make sense. The author obviously put together the guide based on pre-rework xerath. Yes, rushing CDR does sounds nice, but full ap/dorans/boots+pots are probably bet"
