"If you are gonna try to jungle with Renekton, you should run tough skin bladed armor vigor and Indomitable they will drastically reduce the amount of damage you take from minions and bladed armor will improve your initial clear by a considerable margin. You should probably have armor"

I'd think you'd either need to buy h/p regen, life steal, or spell vamp or level spirit of dread first?
Anyone play test it?"
