Posted a Comment: May 11th, 2011 "The Poppy off tank I've seen rage train whole teams if it's like a rumble, AP based but with a trinity because you wont carry enough AP to really benefit from a Lich. RoA and Ryjals stack about 1k life total, plus the mana is a bonus, as does a banshee's and a randuins, throw in a triforce/lich ban"
