"Well I thought of it a little bit and it's true. If you max your Q first and don't hit your enemy with it, it will end up in you losing most trades and since people build armor against lee sin and tempest / cripple deals magical damage, it is just better to max it. Thanks for opening my eyes"

- You said he has a weak wave clearing. Well I used to play pantheon and his wave clearing with his E wasn't really fast but not slow either.
- You haven't even talked about 21/9/0 masteries which in my opinion are really "
