"Hello! Do you think Malzahar and Velkoz can be APC for beginner bot lane in off meta ? For Kog Maw I dont know if he can be easy to handle. He is squishy in the early lane and can be tricky to farm again aggressive lane. What do you think ? Thanks for the comment ! "
