"based on my experience...
play Singed well 1000 -> 1300.
play Ryze since he's super OP -> 1300 -> 1400.
play Warwick in case your team needs jungler, get fed and win 1400 -> 1700.
play Jarvan (counter-pick) and feed off enemy ranged carry 1700+.
get unlucky and fluctuate around your ELO 150"

"riot is making ranged carries more obsolete, with all the tanky DPS champs out. when someone can do more damage than you and soak up more damage then it's just a better champ than you. one champion I find that straight up counters ranged carries is Jarvan. very annoying."

"I've been advocating for 15/0/15 since the beginning of time.. Gives you the bit of AD, ArP, and AS that makes last hitting much easier while giving you the utility you need for lane sustainability. My build is quite similar."
