Posted a Comment: Mar 7th, 2011 "I get phantom dancer for crit, attack speed. and move speed, i get this to catch up to other players (you would know this if u read it). Crit for more dmg, and attack speed so when black cleaver is obtained it applies the stacks quicker and keeps applying frozen mallet effects to slow down enemies, "
