Quintessence of Scaling Ability Power are horrible. It's a good idea to improve you AP trought the game, but Flap AP is better until yo ureach level 12. I know that morde is easy to level up, but it's too much asking to level up to 12 before important team fights.

Mordekaiser has medium AP raitos so do not boost too much his AP if you don't get Lich Bane.
Greater Seal of Armor are useful even if you are facing APs such as Anivia, Ahiri or Annie because Mordek"

"Thanks you. The WotA or Hextech Gunblade is situational. If your team need it Will of the Ancients would be the best choice. However in msot of cases Hextech Gunblade is clearly better."
