"you can't really say fear is better than a stun since it takes consistency from the gameplay. ofc, it allows insane durations like Fiddlestick's. A stun simply turns someone into your mercy, no drawbacks, no "ifs".
that ultimate is very interesting."

"I don't agree with most of the statements included in this guide, namely saying Exhaust is bad in aram, since it negates damage output greatly.
Exaust negates any burst champion and also champions like Swain, for example."
