He has to speak in a less blend way. the lack of ingame footage would have masked this issue.
After numbers he should make a pause, or do it slower and with more emphasis, because after a bit I have no idea what he's talkin about!

take the current splash art for classic Leblanc. cut it so the image has only Her face and her staff (cut it at boobes level, like, halfway).
Use some ghostly effect to introduce "Would I lie?" in the picture, maybe with some blending or distortin"

"I think the way i'd build him would depend a lot on what my team was. Zephyr or Wit's End seem tempting, more if you should build something like tiamat but i'd say i'd do some ganks and see how they'd turn out."
