"Tahm is freelo right now, so he deserves to be in the broken category. Karthus is super easy to kill and is hard countered by any stopwatch item. Sona has the highest winrate in her lane, so she deserves something better than solid. Blitz got a big buff, so he at least deserves very strong since "
