I play olaf as a jungler and i think that this build is pretty nice but you should change one item.
For example black cleaver with frozen mallet - u dont need much AS becouse of ur passive ability and then atma would be more effective.
In my opinion nice but on solo top"

1 main weapon hmm poison or fling - fail
2 hp mana regen - 6lvl ult - early jungle fail
3 there's no skill that restores hp like nunu or sth
SO THERE'S NO REASON TO JUNGLE SINGED"
