"I should mention I do go mid more than supp, so I see how lucidity would be better in the supp role. TBH I handn't noticed the summ spell passive!! Playing too much AP MF got me braindead lol.
I like the Everfrost idea. Everfrost/Lich Bane/Cosmic Drive for a worse Ryze type build could be fun. "

"I play AP MF quite a bit, and I build very similarly to you. The only points I would say are:
Ravenous hunter is useless since the AOE healing debuff and make it rain being the main source of damage means you will heal almost nothing.
I didn't see you mention sorc shoes, but I thin"
