"@Dufftime Yes, Mpen Quints will get you the most dmg, but (correct me if I am wrong), AP quints serve you better earlier in the game, and that's where I want to focus most of my efforts in :P

"Getting CDR/level or flat CDR runes, combined with blue buff (which you should be carrying at all times when possible) will pretty much grant you all the CDR you want, so you don't really need to get special items for that.
